Media lab student Michael Miska KNAPEK participated in the Rencontres Internationales Paris/Berlin/Madrid 2009 (http://art-action.org/en_index.htm), the event creates a space of discovery and reflection between new cinema and contemporary art in Madrid
Miska participated in the screening selection with an experimental video animation piece based on 15 hours of photo footage taken form 2 pm to 4 am in a busy street in Helsinki (http://art-action.org/proposition/catalogue/2008_detail_fr.php?codeoeuvre=l52606&lang=fr&qui=prod&oeuvre=l52606). The footage is separated in spatiotemporal fragments and rearranged anew offering a condensed vision of recorded time in 3 minutes.
