The Young Designers exhibition starts now on Thursday 28.5. at 9:00 in the morning, in Stockmann department store. In addition to clothing, accessories and home design there are interactive installations created by Jaana Björklund and Martti Mela from the Media Lab TaiK.
In Argoshalli sales space there are interactive 5 meter wide visuals projected on the wall. The animations react to moving colors in the space, mainly bright clothes. The soundscape is a set of randomly triggered synthetic sounds which create a warm, calming and atmospheric experience and supports buying, hopefully.
In the cave within Argoshalli is an interactive soundscape with some of the elements (and some added) that was exhibited in MUU Galleria a few weeks ago. Sounds like rain, thunder, dripping water and someone walking in the sand.
The event takes place from Thursday 28.5 to Saturday 6.6 (closed on Sunday 31st). Welgone!
