A perfect copy?

The ad seems to be a copy of a famous painting except for gender.

Compare a reproduction of the original painting (in Paris, Musée d'Orsay) with the ad: look carefully especially at the composition, the postures, the clothing, the colour of skin...

Is cross-undressing possible? What are the constraints of gender representation? Why?
