Future Home Institute (University of Art and Design Helsinki) is collecting, analyzing and comparing data about areal projects in different states of execution from all over the world.

Objective of the Area Balanced Scorecard project is to understand what the elements of the balanced mixed areal structure are and how the various functions such as work, live, recreation and services can be successfully integrated.
