Hintikka. A. Kari.: Virtuaalinen tila - Julkinen olohuone. Virtual space- public living room.

Hintikka describes the different applications of computer in digital reality or in virtual reality. After this he describes virtual reality what we have nowadays and tries to develop something new what he call to Helsinski.

Information will change with electricity on space. The most important chapter for me are virtual- community and virtual-identity. Shortly, virtual-community is not exist in physically and it is concrete only in mental level. This is important because you don't have to meet people in real world and physical body gives not the first impression for you. On the other hand you'll get picture about him and his mental identity in virtual- world. This is connected to that how we can trust that impression? We don't know what kind of person he really is? And we don't know how many identities he owns? This gives interesting field to research schizophrenia and how it appears? Of course this gives possibilities for us to make contacts with other people without limits, because they don't know our age, sex, race and so on. Basic question is: what kind of ethical limits we have in virtual-reality?
