RASTA OR NOT RASTA ?

Did you notice anything strange with this "Rastafari OK?" picture, published in Helsinki in a freely distributed cultural magazine 1997?

Had I not remembered this 1982 photograph from National Geographic, I would not have known that this rasta originally was a road construction worker in Papua New Guinea.

How would he feel if he discovered his alter ego from Finland ?
