Content description: Workshop introduces basic concepts of electronics, electronic components and simple electronic circuits. Topics: Microcontroller programming using BasicStamp2 (http://www.parallax.com) and how to interface sensors, custom switches and other devices (such as servo motors) to computer with a microcontroller

Course objectives: Understanding of basic electronic components and simple circuits, ability to re-design, implement and solder simple circuits and basic skills of microcontroller programming.

Study mode: Little theory and mostly hands on experiments with componets and circuits from schematics to implementation and soldering
