'Games and Storytelling' website

ROLE: Graphic and user interface design for the web site. Integration with Lotus notes. Graphic design of the posters and flyers.

DESCRIPTION: The Games and Storytelling is a series of lecture presentations and GameMaster workshops by top professionals from the game industry. The program runs in yearly cycles for three years: September-May 2004-5, 2005-2006, 2006-7.

'Sound of our Water' project

ROLE: User Interface design, visual identity and graphic design for the community web site. Designing and developing Hauki groupware for creative collaboration and sharing music samples among the programme members. Building on top of Fle3 software tool (based on Zope platform) and working with Zope templates.

DESCRIPTION: The Sound of Our Water web site is part of UNESCO's Young Digital Creators programme. The purpose of the web site is to provide young people an online platform to reflect on water issues, either connected to their daily life or related to specific issues such as environment, culture, industry or agriculture. Through this programme young people will be invited to compose soundscapes and music pieces about water with a collection of sound samples using creative digital tools. The web site is a meeting point for sharing experiences and exchanging ideas among the participants that come from different cultural background.

Imaginary journey

ROLE: User interface design, graphic design, implementation and some photography work for the 'Imaginary journey' project (by media artist Heidi Tikka) website.

DESCRIPTION: The project is a web based photo diary about an imaginary trip made by a mother and a son. It is a part of the Ideologia II Nordic art biennale in Göteborg.
